day 1

so todays training consisted of 1 hours at the bouldering wall and 1 hour 15 mins at the gym – consisting of exercise bike, weights, and treadmill. And then a 15 min jog as due to my ankle I am having to skip my morning runs right now. That injury was serious bad timing…

 

also realised today that I may need to learn to swim by September as some of the obstacles involve water lol
